All-Inclusive Divorce Mediation

A Modern, Empowering Path to Separation

Divorce doesn't have to be defined by conflict, courtroom battles, or spiraling legal fees. Mediation offers a healthier, more collaborative approach, keeping you in control while prioritizing your family's needs. Whether you're facing complex financial decisions or working through co-parenting arrangements, mediation gives you the tools to reach fair, lasting agreements without unnecessary stress.

At Glassmann Family Coaching, we specialize in guiding you through every step of this process, ensuring your voice is heard and your goals are met. Our all-inclusive flat fee packages simplify the journey, offering virtual or in-person mediation, complete paperwork services, and—if you're in Minnesota—full court filing assistance.

Why Mediation?

Save Time and Money

Our process is up to four times faster than the court system and costs up to 90% less than traditional litigation. Forget hourly billing and unpredictable expenses—our flat fee covers everything from start to finish.

Stay in Control

In mediation, you—not a judge—decide the terms of your divorce. This means you retain full control over key decisions like property division, spousal maintenance/support, parenting plans, and child support/sharing kids' expenses. We work with you to craft agreements that reflect your unique circumstances.

Lower Stress, Protect Your Family

Courtroom litigation often intensifies conflict, but mediation fosters respectful communication. This is especially critical when children are involved. Mediation supports your children's well-being by modeling cooperative problem-solving and setting the stage for healthy co-parenting relationships.

What we help you resolve

We guide you through every aspect of divorce, including:
  • Property Division: Equitably divide assets and debts, whether you managing a complex portfolio of businesses or simplifying the sale of a marital home.

  • Spousal Maintenance/Support: Determine fair, sustainable financial arrangements.

  • Child Support/Sharing Kids' Costs: Build a budget that serves your children's best interests while respecting each parent's needs.

  • Parenting Time: Develop a parenting plan—including a schedule—that supports stability and flexibility.

  • Decision-Making: Clarify how to share important decisions about your children's education, healthcare, and more.
